Are the villas air-conditioned?

Each bedroom has an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. All air conditioners and fans in 8 Palm Villa are regularly cleaned.

What kind of toilet is in the villa?

There is a Western-style toilet in every bedroom. The toilet has a bidet-spray hose and plenty of toilet paper.

What kind of Internet connection is available at 8 Palm Villa?

Guests can watch movies on large flatscreen TVs with our Netflix account.  

Are the villas accessible to people with limited mobility?

A smooth, 2-meter wide concrete walkway leads to each villa from the parking area. 

Most bedrooms are located on the second floor, accessed by wide stairs. For those with limited mobility or with infants, the ground-floor bedrooms are accessible directly from the courtyard.

What safety features and measures are in place?

• All bedrooms can be individually locked 
• CCTV cameras watching the outside perimeters (walkways, office, parking area)
• A safe in each villa big enough for most laptop computers
• Fire extinguishers on the ground floor and upper floor
